Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate with miso and sesame pudding on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 125ml milk, 60g butter, 160g sugar, 150g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 100g cocoa powder, 160g dark brown sugar, 50g sesame seeds, 70g red miso paste, 500ml boiling water and serve with crmme fraiche and fruits.
