Henry Firth and Ian Theasby served up a mouth-watering vegan chocolate and banana swirl pie on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 x 400ml tins full-fat coconut milk, 350g + 2 tbsp golden caster sugar, 3 tbsp dairy-free butter, plus extra for greasing, 2 x 320g sheets ready-rolled plant-based shortcrust pastry, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 100g pecans, 3–4 large bananas, 3 tbsp cornflour, 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt, 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp unsweetened plant-based milk and Plant-based ice cream, to serve.
