Mary Berry speedy cheesy muffins with Gruyere cheese and sun-dried tomatoes recipe on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking

Mary Berry and Rick Astley served up speedy cheesy savoury muffins with Gruyere cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on Mary Berry’s Quick Cooking.

The ingredients are: 275g self-raising flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 50g butter, melted, 1 large free-range egg, beaten, 250ml milk, 75g Gruyère cheese, grated, bunch of basil, leaves only, chopped, 75g pitted black olives, chopped and 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste.
