James Martin Great British sausage rolls recipe on This Morning

James Martin served up tasty Great British sausage rolls with puff pastry and brown dipping sauce on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 600g pork sausage meat and 2 egg yolks, beaten.

For the sauce: 300g sultanas, 1 shallot, peeled and sliced, 285g bottle HP sauce.

For the puff pastry: 250g strong bread flour, plus extra to dust, 1 tsp sea salt and 125g butter, cubed, plus 250g butter in one piece.

To serve: 150g streaky bacon.
