Juliet Sear served up a delicious double lemon drizzle cake with lemon curd and a lemon buttercream filling on This Morning Sunday Baking.
The ingredients are: 250g soft butter, 250g golden caster sugar, Zest of 1 lemon, 5 eggs, 250g self rasing flour and ½ tsp. baking powder.
For the syrup: juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. Icing sugar and 1 tbsp. boiling water.
For the buttercream: 100g soft unsalted butter, 200g icing sugar, zest of a lemon and Plus 2 tbsp lemon curd.
