Simon Rimmer severed up a delicious old school chocolate cake with dark chocolate sauce on Sunday Brunch.

the ingredients are: 250g butter, 300g chocolate, 30g cocoa powder, 125ml milk, 6 eggs, 225g sugar, 75g dark brown sugar and 150g flour.

For the sauce: 350g sugar, 75g dark soft brown sugar, 100g cocoa powder, 30g flour, 400ml evaporated milk, 250ml water, 30g butter and 1 tsp vanilla paste.
