  1. I bought James Martin’s Great British Adventure. Love the TV series. Problem in that the recipes do not always follow that shown when demonstrated. For example – the Arbroath Smokies Scotch Egg. It is not very clear how to do the coating. In fact, Why can the recipe not be written in the traditional way? Meaning 1 do whatever needs to be done. 2 do what next needs to be done. etc. ALSO, could a DVD PLEASE be made of just the recipes. This request also apples to “American Adventure”, French Adventure and other books. I do pre-record the series but there is a limit as to how much I can store. DVD’s PLEASE
