Simon Rimmer chocolate marshmallow cake recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious chocolate marshmallow cake on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 375g choc 70% cocoa solid, 80g butter, 12 eggs, separated (only need 6 yolks) and 125g sugar.

For the ganache: 550g milk chocolate, 180ml whipping cream, 60ml honey and 45g butter.

For the topping: 1 packet marshmallows, 50g toasted roughly chopped hazelnuts and 25g dried cherries.
