Vegetarian Burger by Martin Morales and Southern fried chicken in buttermilk by Alyn Williams

Matt Tebbutt was joined by chefs Martin Morales and Alyn Williams on Saturday Kitchen to cook up some delightful dishes.

Martin served up a quinoa burger, cassava chips and ocopa dip dish ideal for a vegetarian supper. Martin used three different types of quinoa for his burger.
