The Body Coach ultimate veggie burger recipe on This Morning

Joe Wicks (The Body Coach) served up tasty veggie burgers with mac and cheese on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 50g cashews, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 portobello mushrooms, cut into cubes, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, Salt and pepper, 125g (about half a pack) pre-cooked mixed grains, 1 x 400g tin of kidney beans, drained and rinsed, 2 tsp marmite, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 egg yolk, 100g mature cheddar, finely grated (*vegetarian cheddar cheese), 4 burger buns, sliced in half, Drizzle of ketchup, mayo and/or mustard, to serve, 2 baby gem lettuce, leaves separated, to serve and Handful of gherkins, sliced in half, to serve – optional.
