Mary Berry hazelnut meringue roulade with clementine cream recipe on Mary Berry’s Christmas Party

Mary Berry and Eleanor Tomlinson served up a delicious hazelnut meringue roulade with clementine cream filling for the festive season on Mary Berry’s Christmas Party.

The ingredients are: 5 free-range egg whites, 275g caster sugar, 50g chopped hazelnuts, toasted, 300ml double cream, whipped, 2 tbsp orange-flavored liqueur, 50g white chocolate, grated, 4 clementines or 2 small oranges, segmented and cut into small pieces, 2–3 tbsp icing sugar, for dusting.
