Simon Rimmer Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 450g Brussels sprouts, 30ml olive oil, 70ml sriracha sauce, 30ml maple syrup, 60ml soy, 15g cornflour, mixed with 30ml water, 25mm piece ginger, matchsticks, 15ml rice vinegar, 6 sliced spring onions and 20g sesame seeds.
