Simon Rimmer serve up tasty Harissa Roasted Carrots on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 x kg small carrots or normal carrots cut in half lengthways, 200g harissa paste, 50ml olive oil, 50g butter, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 25g demerara sugar, 150g flaked almonds, toasted, 50g golden raisins, Handful parsley and Few sprigs tarragon.
