Simon Rimmer served up delicious plum, blackberries and cream cheese turnovers Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 3 x 320g pack of ready rolled puff pastry, egg wash, 3 dark plums, peeled and sliced, 125g full fat cream cheese, 1 tbsp soft light brown sugar and 12 blackberries.
For the sauce: 200g golden caster sugar, 150ml water, 100ml any dark/purple berry liqueur.
