Simon Rimmer served up tasty Fried Green Beans With Lentils And Tahini on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 150g cooked puy lentils, 450g blanched green beans (don’t trim), 6 sliced radish, handful chopped parsley, mint and a few rocket leaves, half very thinly sliced red onion and olive oil to fry.

For The Dressing: 50g tahini, clove garlic, juice and zest 1 lemon, 150ml extra virgin olive oil and 25g hot sauce (Cayenne Pepper Based).
