Nadiya Hussain mango lime lassi bircher recipe

Nadiya Hussain served up a tasty breakfast mango lime lassi bircher with flaked almonds and rolled porridge on Nadiya’s Family Favourites.

The ingredients are: 100g flaked almonds, 450g tinned mango pulp (buy in the world food aisles of most supermarkets or Asian shops, or make your own using fresh mangoes), 6 large mint leaves, finely chopped, 1 lime, juice and zest, 200ml unsweetened almond milk and 150g rolled porridge oats (not the jumbo ones).

For the topping: 1 fresh mango (or a 420g tin of mango in syrup, drained), chopped into small pieces and small handful fresh mint, finely chopped.
