Simon Rimmer served up a tasty slow cooked beef with Parmesan cheese on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 600g feather blade beef and oil to fry.
For the sauce: 1 onion, sliced, 3 cloves garlic, sliced, 1 diced celery stick, 100ml red wine, 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 50g tomato puree, 200ml strong beef stock and 175g finely grated Parmesan.
Serve with new potatoes.
