The ingredients are: 3 free-range eggs, ½ tsp sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, 150g cornflakes, 750g frozen white fish fillets, 5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm, 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, 400g frozen peas, 50g low-fat creme fraiche and 1 small bunch chives, finely chopped.
