Simon Rimmer Peach And Cream Cheese Pie recipe

Simon Rimmer and Sir Cliff Richard served up a delicious peach and cream cheese pie on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 6 sheets filo and 250g melted butter.

For the filling: 6 peaches, chopped (skin on), 150g honey, tsp cinnamon, 150g cream cheese and 2 eggs.

Serve with pouring cream.
