Jamie Oliver egg-fried rice with silken tofu and chilli jam recipe

Jamie Oliver served up a tasty egg-fried rice with Japanese silken tofu and chilli jam on Jamie’s Quick and Easy food.

The ingredients are: 6 spring onions, 1 x 250 g sachet of cooked brown basmati rice, 2 heaped teaspoons chilli jam, 2 large free-range eggs and 150 g firm silken tofu.
