overnight oats recipe on Get A Holiday Body

Anthony Costa served up a tasty and healthy overnight oats for breakfast using Linia Patel’s recipe on Get A Holiday Body.

The ingredients are: 50g rolled whole oats, 250ml milk of choice ( ssm or unsweetened plant based milk), 1tbsp FAGE TOTAL Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp ground flaxeeds or chia seeds, pinch of salt, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp honey and 80- 100g berries (frozen or fresh).
