Jamie Oliver plum tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream recipe

Jamie Oliver served up a delicious plum tarte tatin with puff pastry, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla ice cream on Jamie’s Quick & Easy Food.

The ingredients are: 600 g ripe mixed-colour plums, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 120 ml maple syrup, 320 g sheet of all-butter puff pastry and 6 large scoops of vanilla ice cream.
