Simon Rimmer served up a delicious rhubarb crumble with a syrup sauce, custard and clotted cream on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 450g rhubarb, 125g sugar, 200ml freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half and 1 vanilla pod.
For the topping: 150g butter, 140g flour, 150g demarera sugar, 50g flaked almonds and pinch ground cinnamon.
