Phil Vickery stunning strawberry millefeuille recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up a stunning strawberry millefeuille (a thousand leaves summer pudding) on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 500g all butter puff pastry, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 560mls double cream, very lightly whipped, 4-5 tbsp good quality strawberry jam, 300g ripe, fresh English strawberries, hulled and sliced, 8-10 tbsp fondant icing sugar, Water or lemon or lime juice, to mix, Pink food colouring, Chocolate food colouring, 200g lightly browned flaked or nibbed almonds and Strawberry sauce, to serve.
