James Martin BBQ red fish with soft shell crabs recipe

James Martin served up a tasty BBQ red fish (wrapped in a banana leave) with soft shell crabs and salsa on James Martin’s American Adventure.

The ingredients include: red fish (could use sea bass or trout) and banana leave.

For the fish stuffing: white crab meat, coriander, parsley, lemon, salt and pepper.

For the BBQ crabs: soft shell crabs, salt, oil, green tomatoes, salt and black pepper.

For the salsa: coriander, parley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, white wine vinegar, olive oil, chopped red onion and jalapeno pepper.
