Tom Kerridge low calorie baked falafel with tzatziki recipe

Tom Kerridge served up tasty low calorie baked falafel with tzatziki on Tom Kerridge’s Lose Weight For Good.

The ingredients are: 1 tsp olive oil, 2 small onions (200g in total), finely chopped, 2 x 400g tins chickpeas, rinsed and drained, 4 garlic cloves, grated, 3 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 2 tsp sea salt flakes, 30g coriander leaves, roughly chopped, 30g flatleaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped, 40g plain flour, freshly ground black pepper and olive oil spray.

For the tzatziki: 200ml 0% fat plain yoghurt, 140g piece cucumber, grated, 1 small garlic clove, finely grated, 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves, pinch sea salt and pinch granulated sweetener.
