James Martin served up a tasty barbecue Poussin (chicken) salad with ranch dressing and garlic bread on James Martin’s American Adventure.
The ingredients include: small chicken (Poussin), pine leaves, black cabbage, broccoli, red dandelion leaves, figs and grapes.
For the ranch style dressing: garlic, onion, parsley, chives, fresh mint, English mustard, black pepper and buttermilk.
To serve: garlic bread coated with cheese.
