Tom Kerridge served up delicious low calorie popcorn bars with cranberries and dark chocolate on Tom Kerridge’s Lose Weight For Good/

Each serving provides 90 kcal.

The ingredients are: 200g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids), broken into pieces, 50g puffed rice cereal, 40g salted popcorn, 50g dried cranberries, halved and 50g large marshmallows, quartered.
