Matt Tebbutt piri piri chicken with spiced potato wedges and sweetcorn recipe

Matt Tebbutt served up a tasty piri piri chicken with spiced potato wedges and sweet corn on Save Money: Good food.

The ingredients are: 1 chicken, roughly 1.6kg.

For the marinade: 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed, 3 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped, Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 2 tsp dried oregano and 2 tsp smoked paprika.

For the wedges: 750g floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp piri piri spice mix, Pinch salt and 4 corn on the cobs.
