Matt Tebbutt prawns with rocket risotto recipe on Save Money: Good Food

Matt Tebbutt served up a tasty prawns with lemon and rocket risotto on Save Money: Good Food.

The ingredients are: 1 tsp olive oil, 50g cold butter, cubed, 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed, 1.5 litres fish stock, 250g Aborio risotto rice, 150g raw prawns, deveined, Finely grated zest of 1 lemon, juice of half and 50g rocket.
