Gino’s linguine guilt-free pasta with prawns and spinach recipe on This Morning

Gino served up a tasty linguine guilt-free pasta with prawns and spinach dish on This Morning.

Gino says: “you can eat pasta and still lose weight.”

The ingredients are: 300g linguine, Salt and freshly ground pepper, 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 garlic clove, sliced, Half a red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced, 150g spinach leaves, 400g uncooked prawns, peeled, 4 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley, Grated zest of 1 unwaxed lemon and 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered.
