Mary Berry and chef Lee Clarke coq au vin recipe on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets

Mary Berry and Royal chef Lee Clarke served up a tasty coq au vin on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.

The ingredients are: 600ml red wine, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 large chicken, jointed into eight, 250g smoked streaky bacon, cut into small pieces, 200g button mushrooms, 400g shallots, peeled, 2 sticks celery, finely chopped, 60g plain flour, 600ml chicken stock, 6 sprigs fresh thyme, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
