Bikers mortadella mousse with pistachios recipe

Simon and Dave served up a mortadella mousse with pistachios nuts on The Hairy Bikers Home for Christmas.

The ingredients are: 12 slices mortadella, 50ml creme fraiche, 100ml double cream, 75g Parmesan, finely grated, pinch freshly grated nutmeg, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

To serve: 2 tbsp pistachios, lightly crushed, thin rounds bread and little butter, for spreading (optional).
