Mary Berry served up a Cranachan Scottish dessert with crunchy oats, raspberries and whisky on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.
The ingredients are: knob of butter, 100g light muscovado sugar, 100g jumbo oats, 250g mascarpone, 300ml double cream, 75ml whisky and 450g raspberries.
