Paul Rankin served up miso beef with sushi rice and mushrooms on Saturday Morning with James Martin.

The ingredients for the beef: 500g fillet of beef, cut in half length wise, 1 medium red onion, skin on cut into 6 wedges, 2 red salad onions, trimmed and halved, Salt and black pepper and 2tbs vegetable oil.

For the red miso sauce: 75g red miso paste, 2tbs sugar and 1tb dashi.
