Nadiya Hussain served up tandoori cod burgers on Nadiya’s British Food Adventure.
The ingredients are: 4 tbsp olive oil, 1½ tbsp tandoori masala, 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 2 x 100g pieces skinless cod fillet, ¼ red onion, thinly sliced, 5 fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced, 100g pickled cucumber, drained, 4 slices brioche, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
