Fearne Cotton weekend brunch recipes on Lorraine

Fearne Cotton served up courgette and sweet potato hash with sweet blueberry omelette for a weekend brunch on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients for the sweet omelette are: 1 very ripe banana, peeled and mashed, 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra for dusting, 4 eggs, 60g blueberries, plus extra to serve and 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, 1 tbsp almond butter.
