Nisha Katona served up a Indian inspired summer bake with rice flour to create a apricot and almond tart on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 115g of unsalted butter (plus extra for greasing), 2 eggs, 4 drops of almond extract, 115g of caster sugar, 75g self-raising flour, 50g ground rice, 6 -8 ripe apricots, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 2 tbs soft brown sugar, 25g flaked almonds and Jam, cream or custard to serve.
