Simon Rimmer Chicken, Chorizo and Black Pudding Pie recipe Eat the Week with Iceland

Simon Rimmer served up chicken, chorizo and black pudding pie on Eat the Week with Iceland.

The ingredients for the pastry: 450g flour, Salt and pepper, 60ml milk, 60ml water, 150g lard (cubed), Extra flour for dusting and 1 egg yolk (beaten).

For the filling: 4 chicken breasts (cut into cubes), 450g pork sausage meat, 150g chorizo (cut into chunks), 150g black pudding (cut into chunks), 1tsp ground nutmeg, Salt and ground white pepper to taste, 1 tsp ground allspice, 10g rosemary (finely chopped) and 45ml Worcestershire sauce.
