Matt Tebbutt pesto pasta with stuffed peppers recipe on Save Money: Good Food

Matt Tebbutt served up a pesto pasta with Greek inspired olives and feta stuffed peppers, for the Harvey family on Save Money: Good Food.

The ingredients for the pesto pasta include: 1 broccoli (including the stalk), garlic cloves, 40g almonds, grated cheddar cheese, olive oil and spaghetti.

For the stuffed peppers: 1 red onion, 1 courgette, oil, salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1tbsp tomato puree, 200g minced beef, yellow and red peppers, olives, feta cheese.
