Nadia’s herb stuffed lamb with spring cabbage recipe on Lorraine

Nadia Sawalha served up herb stuffed lamb with spring cabbage and mint pesto on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients for the Mint Pesto Paste: 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts, 3 garlic cloves, minced, 30g fresh mint leaves, torn, 2 tbsp parsley leaves, torn and 2 tbsp lemon zest.

For the lamb: 1 boneless butterflied half leg of lamb about 2-2 ½ kg, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1½ tsp flaked sea salt and 1½ tsp freshly ground black pepper.

For the Spring Cabbage with Mustard Seeds: 1 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tsp black mustard seeds, 1tsp nigella seeds, 500g spring cabbage, finely shredded and 2 cloves garlic, crushed.
