Dean Edwards Greek lamb kebabs with feta and olive salad recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up Greek lamb kebabs with feta and olive salad on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: Juice and zest of 1 lemon, 40ml olive oil, 1 tbsp dried oregano, 3 cloves garlic, crushed, 600g cubed lamb (neck fillets work well) and 2 red onions, cut into wedges.

For the salad: 200g cherry tomatoes, 100g feta cheese, cubed, ½ red onion, sliced, ½ cucumber, deseeded and diced, 100g olives, halved, 1 tsp dried oregano, 40ml olive oil and Juice ½ lemon.

For the tzatziki: 150g Greek yogurt, ½ cucumber peeled, deseeded and diced, 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped, ½ clove garlic, crushed and Small pinch sugar.
