Matt Tebbutt salmon piperade with couscous recipe on Save Money: Good Food

Matt Tebbutt served up salmon piperade stew with homemade couscous for the Sayers family from Cheshire, on Save Money: Good Food.

The dish is said to cost only £2.14 per head.

The ingredients include: salmon, red onions, red and yellow peppers, water, balsamic vinegar, tomato puree, bay leaves, thyme and parsley.

For the couscous: parsley, celery, stock, olive oil, lemon juice and couscous.
