Dean Edwards baked caprese chicken recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up baked caprese chicken with mozzarella on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients: 8 boned and skinned chicken thighs, 1 red onion, thinly sliced, 325g baby plum tomatoes, halved, 40ml olive oil, 40ml balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp runny honey, 4 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 x 150g balls mozzarella, sliced, 1 small ciabatta roll or loaf, torn into chunks and Small bunch fresh basil, shredded.
