Anna Haugh served up mango, papaya and passion fruit Eton mess dessert on Royal Recipes with Michael Buerk.

The tropical fruit dessert is said to be a favourite of the Royal family and Anna’s recipe was inspired by that of Royal cook, Mildred Nichols.
