Simon and Dave served up a delicious oven baked almond cheesecake with ricotta cheese and amaretto biscuits The Hairy Bikers’ Comfort Food.
The ingredients are: 15g softened butter, for greasing, 40g crunchy amaretti biscuits, 750g ricotta cheese, 150g caster sugar, 6 free-range eggs, 100ml double cream, 1 lemon, zest only and 4 tbsp amaretto liqueur.
