Marcus Wareing’s pork chop with mustard sauce recipe on MasterChef: The Professionals

Marcus Wareing served up a tasty pork chop with roasted carrots, apple and mustard sauce on MasterChef: The Professionals.

The ingredients are: pork chop (off the bone and fat trimmed), salt and pepper, garlic, thyme, rosemary, carrots, apple and numb of butter.

For the mustard sauce: shallots, garlic, Dijon mustard, grey mustard, drop of brandy, creme fresh, parsley and tarragon.
