Dean Edwards toffee and chocolate apple bites recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up delicious toffee and chocolate apple bites on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: Firm large crisp apples.

For the toffee: 225g soft caramel toffees and 1 – 2 tbsp milk.

For chocolate: 180g chocolate coats approximately 4 slices of apple, dark, milk, or white chocolate, (good quality cooking chocolate works well)

Choose from any of these, or your favourite toppings: Melted milk, dark or white chocolate, to drizzle, Roughly crushed biscuits of your choice, Coloured chocolate candy sweets, Small pretzels, salted or yogurt coated, Chopped nuts, Mini marshmallows, Toasted coconut, Crushed honeycomb, Freeze dried raspberries, Chocolate sprinkles, Chocolate beans and Bronze crunch.
