Paul Hollywood Jumble biscuits recipe on The Great British Bake Off

Paul Hollywood showcased his delicious jumble biscuits for the technical challenge in Tudor Week recipes on The Great British Bake Off.

The ingredients for the dough are: 1 tsp caraway seeds, 375g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, ½ tsp ground aniseed, ½ tsp ground mace, 60g unsalted butter, cubed, 150g caster sugar, 1 large or 2 small unwaxed lemons, finely grated zest only and 3 free-range eggs, lightly beaten.

To finish: 1 free-range egg, lightly beaten and caster sugar, for sprinkling.
