Rav impressed with his spiced white chocolate and hazelnut samosas recipe on The Great British Bake Off.

The ingredients for the pastry: 270g packet ready-made filo pastry (6 sheets), large knob of unsalted butter, melted and icing sugar, for dusting.

For the filling: 120g white chocolate, broken into pieces, 50g blanched hazelnuts, ½ tsp green cardamom seeds, ground, ¼ tsp ground cloves, ½ tsp ground cinnamon and ¼ tsp chilli powder.
